Label the garden use
Tell WTG which beds contain food crops, herbs or other plantings with specific use considerations. Include empty beds expected to be planted later. A general label such as landscaping may miss information needed for the product and site review. Do not assume an application is suitable for edible plants.
Show the surrounding features
Provide a photograph that includes the bed, nearby vegetation, irrigation and walking space. Mark water sources and any areas you want excluded. Ask how exclusions will be represented in the proposed work. Product instructions and the actual application plan must resolve suitability; a general statement about a product is not enough.
Coordinate garden activity
Share planting, harvesting and landscape schedules before confirming an application date. Ask for the applicable access and handling instructions for the approved project rather than inventing your own waiting period. If the garden changes after the site review, update WTG before work. Keep the final scope with your property records so other caretakers understand what was and was not included.
