Your WTG project

Which WTG service fits your property?

Find the right starting point for a home, ranch, HOA or commercial property and understand what changes in the planning conversation.

By Wildfire Treatment Group.

Start with how the property is used

WTG’s core service is planned professional Komodo ground pretreatment for suitable vegetation. The property category helps frame the review, but it does not automatically determine the application footprint. Choose the closest description in your inquiry and explain any mixed uses, such as a residence on working acreage or a business with guest accommodations.

Homes and second homes

For a residence, begin with the vegetation near the places you use and the maintenance already planned. Tell us if you live elsewhere part of the year or rely on a caretaker. Residential planning should connect the application discussion with home hardening, landscape care and clear communication about access.

Estates and ranches

Larger properties need useful priorities rather than an assumption that every acre should be sprayed. Identify buildings, selected vegetation areas, animals, forage, water and conservation work. Clarify the locations you want reviewed and any areas that must be excluded. Existing forestry or range-management advice provides useful context.

Communities and commercial sites

For an HOA, separate private lots from common property and identify approval responsibilities. For a commercial site, explain operating hours, deliveries, staff areas and facilities requirements. Both settings benefit from a scope that the decision-maker and the people maintaining the grounds can understand.

Use the intake form to begin

The form also allows government and other property types. Tell WTG about procurement or authorization requirements that affect the project. Submit the address, contact information, approximate area and optional photos. The next conversation can establish suitability and a defined proposal; the category you choose is a starting point, not a binding service package.
