Start with facilities coordination
Identify the grounds areas you want reviewed and the property representative authorized to approve work. Include occupied buildings, outdoor sitting areas, walking paths and service entrances on the plan. Care operations and resident needs should inform scheduling discussions with the facility’s responsible team.
Ask for an access plan
Explain how residents, visitors and deliveries normally move through the property. Ask the applicator for site-specific instructions based on the approved product and scope. The facility should determine how it communicates and implements those instructions; do not assume one notice or a generic reopening interval fits every location.
Maintain distinct responsibilities
WTG’s proposed vegetation pretreatment is not a care plan, evacuation service or building assessment. Keep emergency responsibilities with the appropriate facility personnel and authorities. The completed-work record should show the actual areas treated and any exclusions, with a facilities contact assigned to report later landscape changes.
