Check the proposal itself
Look for its date and any stated validity period or conditions. If those are unclear, ask the provider rather than assuming the price or schedule remains available. Keep the original document intact so you can identify exactly what was offered and what now needs confirmation.
Describe what changed
List landscape work, vegetation changes, access restrictions and changes in your priorities since the review. Include new photographs if requested. Even when your budget has not changed, the property may no longer match the information used to prepare the estimate.
Request a current decision
Ask WTG whether the original scope can be reconfirmed or needs revision. Review the updated map, preparation responsibilities and terms before scheduling. A previous inquiry or quote does not reserve a date indefinitely. Retain the confirmed version with the application record so later questions are answered from the agreement actually used.
