From assessment to written proposal
Share the address, property type and priorities. The assessment defines suitable fuels, access and exclusions; a mapped proposal then identifies the agreed work. Travel, product requirements and site conditions shape the quote. We do not post a universal price or assume that every square foot should be treated.
After application, documentation should record the completed scope and observations. Ongoing vegetation changes, weather exposure and maintenance inform further inspection and any reapplication decisions.
Retardant supplements defensible space and home hardening. It does not guarantee property survival, provide emergency response or replace evacuation guidance.
