Describe the current phase
A construction site can change quickly. Identify the active staging area, temporary access, stored materials and vegetation that will remain during the proposed work window. Give the reviewer the current phase plan rather than only the final design. Name the superintendent or other person responsible for day-to-day coordination.
Keep hazards with qualified site personnel
Construction safety, hot-work controls and equipment procedures belong with the responsible project professionals. WTG’s vegetation review does not replace those duties. Mark restricted areas and explain which permissions or briefings contractors need before entry. Do not assume application can occur beside every active operation.
Avoid a short-lived scope
Tell WTG which ground will be disturbed or cleared next. Ask whether pretreatment is appropriate for the proposed area and timing. The approved scope should not imply that later excavation, new vegetation or a relocated staging area is covered. Record changes so the project team understands exactly which conditions were reviewed.
