Define the area under consideration
Identify whether the concern is vegetation beside buildings, maintenance facilities or selected natural edges. Separate those areas from playing surfaces and neighboring parcels. Ask the grounds superintendent to supply current maintenance information, including irrigation and work already scheduled.
Account for play and maintenance
Explain how golfers, staff and equipment move through the proposed area. Discuss suitable work windows and the method for communicating approved access restrictions. Do not assume the entire course is available because one hole or facility is temporarily closed. Product and site review must establish the application scope.
Record a selective project
WTG may evaluate suitable vegetation within a defined proposal; this does not imply treatment of all course acreage or a guarantee for nearby homes. Use recognizable area labels in the quote and completion record. If seasonal course work changes those locations, provide the updated conditions before arranging a follow-up.
